Policies and General Information

  • Cancelations and reschedules require a 24 Hour Notice or you may be charged Full Price and/or your pre-purchased deal redeemed.

  • If you're going to be late for your Appointment,  a courtesy call is expected at least 5 to 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time to let me know that you'll be late and by how much time. It is your responsibility to contact me. At that point I will determine whether the time allotted I'm able to still give the service. Late arrivals may have to reschedule their appointment and you may be charged for that appointment missed. Also, anyone who doesn't call by their appointment time to let me know that they'll be late, will have forfeited their appointment and may be given to someone else. This also applies to Groupon, Living Social and series deals. If you make an appointment and you don't call to cancel or don't show up for that appointment, you forfeit your pre-purchased deal and it will be redeemed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any client at any time for any reason, and you may also be responsible for service charges.

  • All Rules, Regulations, Services, Hours and Prices are subjected to change without Notice.

  • No cell phones can be used during facial services. 

  • Only one person being serviced is allowed in room at a time, unless client being serviced is under 14, which has to be accompanied by a parent over 18. No kids unattended in spa allowed. distractions could risk injury to client being serviced, other person in room, or myself.

  • Skincare by Nicole is not responsible for your lost or stolen articles or items.

  • Parental Consent is Required for All children under 18 getting services, children under 14 must also be accompanied by parent during service. children can not be unattended in spa. 

  • Service/Pets are not allowed in the spa for any reason. 

  • Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable. They are transferable*.

  • all "Series" have to be purchased all at once, and only used by one person to get the deal. they do not expire. no other deals or offers can be combined. If transferring the unused portion, the remaining "VALUE" is the amount after the used portion is subtracted at regular price. *the deals do not transfer, only the value amount remaining. 

  • one discount/deal per person, per service, per day. cannot combine deals, specials or offers.

  • All Sales and Services Are Final. NO REFUNDS.

  • Skincare by Nicole is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

  • We Accept Cash, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple pay, Samsung pay. We do not accept checks at this time.

  • Gratuities, respect and spa etiquette are greatly appreciated.

  • Skincare by Nicole offers Free parking

  • we do not have wifi or cellphone charging apparatuses.

 

*All facials include a consultation and skin analysis during your facial service in which Nicole will recommend the most suitable facial and products the client should receive for their skin type and condition. Results may vary depending on conditions.
